Customer Services
Every care has been taken in describing the items for sale on the web site, but slight variations may occur from time to time due to supplier availability.
All dimensions are approximate.
All items are offered subject to availability.
If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 7 days. The cost of returning and/or exchanging the goods is your responsibility and they should be sent by registered post.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non- returnable.
Refunds for items bought online can only be credited to the original credit or debit card used at the time of purchase.
Prices shown in the catalogue exclude the cost of delivery.
Goods are sent by Royal Mail registered post. The cost of postage and packing is £6.00 for all orders. Goods are sent Monday to Friday.
The delivery price is for the UK mainland only. We do not ship out side the United Kingdom.
Please allow 28 days for delivery. You will be notified of any variation of delivery times.
